Membership Form

Membership in the Union is acquired when a public servant applies to the Trade Union with a membership form completed and signed in triplicate, and the application is approved by the Trade Union’s authorized body.

After downloading the form above, completing it in triplicate, and submitting it to us, we can process your membership application.
